OUR MISSION

The mission of the ADL is several fold.  First is to locate resources for kids in order to give them a future through vision, courage, high standards and fun via our highly acclaimed dance programs and competitions and to bring the two most popular genres of dance under one roof, Salsa and DanceSport . 

Next the ADL is specifically designed to bring about positive and permanent shifts in the quality of our kids' lives by building confidence and courage with which they conduct their lives, giving them a positive vision of themselves and the difference they can make, expecting a high standard of personal productivity, and teaching them the quality of their relationships through dance.

Developing a library of resources, fundraising strategies, and providing leadership training for coaches and teachers, would be some of our strategic objectives.
