WE ARE GIVING AWAY A SONY LAPTOP FOR FREE!

There is no purchase necessary. On April 30th, we will have
a drawing to give away a Sony Vaio FREE! To enter the contest you must
bring as many friends as possible to take a free class (they don't have to be
your age and they don't all have to come the same time). For every friend
who has never been to our studio before, that takes a free class, we will give
you one ticket for the drawing. The more friends that you have to come in
for their free class, the more tickets you get and the more of a chance you have
of winning this fabulous prize. In order to have the drawing, however, the
studio must have a minimum of 50 kids that take their free class between now and
April 30th. It's going to take a joint effort of all our students to reach
the 50 kid minimum, so encourage your classmates to bring in their friends.
Someone is going to win this fabulous prize, why not you?
LatinArobics

So you don't have time for fitness. The kids need your
attention. Work at the office seems to be consuming all your time. There is no
more energy left at the end of the day to even think about your exercising.
Perhaps it is not a matter of postponement, but priorities. Even the busiest of
schedules has time for fitness activities.
Do you want to feel good and have more energy? Easier weight
control? Improved appearance? Increased sense of well-being? Enhanced
relaxation? Overall sound health? Even a little increase of activity on a daily
basis is an important first step. The more physical activity you do, the easier
it becomes to do even more. A trim and healthy lifestyle can be enjoyed by
adding incidental exercise to a busy schedule.
Exercise should be enjoyable. Make it part of your life. Just
do it. Don't even think about it.
